Day 1 Dinner Recipe

Veggie Wraps with Garbanzo and Black Bean Spread

¾ cup garbanzo beans
¾ cup black beans
pinch of salt
pinch of cayenne
2 cups veggies
2-4 whole wheat tortillas

Put the beans and salt in food processor and mix until mostly smooth. I usually leave it a bit lumpy for texture. If you do not have a food processor you can roughly mash the beans, salt and cayenne together by hand. Put a heaping tablespoon full of the bean puree onto the tortilla, top with veggies, roll up and enjoy.
