Salad Recipe:

1 large head green cabbage
8 cups spinach
4 carrots carrots
2 zucchini
2 bell peppers
1 bunch broccolini or broccoli

Dressing: Girard’s Olde Venice Italian Dressing

Chop all ingredients and mix together in large salad bowl. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate to keep fresh all week.
