Day 1 Dinner Recipe
Chopped Salad with Bulgur
2-4 cups of Chopped Salad
1 cup of bulgur
Girard’s Olde Venice Italian Dressing
Put the bulgur and 2 cups of water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Simmer, with the lid on, for approximately 25 minutes or until bulgur has absorbed the water.
Mix the bulgur with the salad, top with the dressing and serve.
